A few years ago Leeroy left the band to concentrate on his own solo productions under the name Flightcrank and to re launching his DJ career which he didn’t really have time for while in the band. He picked up his musical style whilst touring with the Prod in mid 90’s it is a mix of tuff Electrobreaks, old skool samples, Hip Hop, rock and electro known as Miami Bass. This is basically a great mash up of breaks n electro style toons, using plenty of familiar hooks, with a good old skool feel. Heavy on the electro edge and full of funk that rocks the dancefloor.

GMS

Far Too Loud

Far Too Loud, a.k.a. Oli Cash, has gained a reputation for hi-tech, dancefloor-destroying music that makes people throw their hands in the air and go crazy. Think high-energy, aggressive funk, big basslines, crazy edits, intricate production and you’ll know the sound. Since his first release back in 2005, things have gone ever upward. Winning ‘Best Single’ at the Breakspoll Awards in 2007 was a huge boost early on. Later that year the huge FTL anthem ‘Play It Loud’, which saw a move from breakbeat into big, dirty electro-house grooves, received a massive response and remains a firm crowd-pleaser to this day. Subsequent chart-smashers including ‘Bring Back Boogie’ and ‘Megaloud’, and remixes for the likes of Lily Allen and The Crystal Method confirmed Far Too Loud’s place among the big guns of electro-house.

Deekline, Krafty Kuts, Skool of Thought, drum 'n' bass legend Brockie - all have benefited from getting Ed alongside them in the studio. The east London lad who grew up listening to pirate radios and cut his teeth as a production assistant at the famous Sour studios really is a Jedi master of sonic science: drop the needle on an Ed Solo record and you'll soon know about it - no one makes club music that cuts through a soundsystem quite like him.

Bowlers Exhibition Centre, once transformed into a visual wonderland, will provide the backdrop for the event which runs across four arenas, each complete with themed décor, lighting, lasers, circus performers and more headline acts that you could shake a stick at!

The event offers music for all tastes, from Breaks and Electro to Psychedelic Trance, Drum n Bass and even some Eleco-swing thrown in for good measure, providing enough entertainment for the 2,000+ attendees who flood the doors from 10pm onwards.

Additionally, the outdoor area is equipped with marque, burger van and sound system topped off with outdoor fire shows to keep the smokers entertained! If you've had enough dancing and fancy a spot of shopping, an Indian head massage or a cup of chai, pop into the Market Hall and check out the array goodies on offer.
